1 tablespoon dry yeast (10 grams)
5 c bread flour (650 grams)
2 teaspoons salt
2 Eggs, room temperature
¼ c unsalted butter (60 grams), melted

½ c unsalted butter (113 grams), melted
¼ c chopped chives (10 grams)
¼ c chopped coriander leaves (10 grams)
1.8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (50 grams)
1.8 ounces crushed peanuts (50 grams)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
1 red chilli, chopped
How to make Homemade Savoury Monkey Bread
Bread:
Step 1: Mix the honey and warm milk. Sprinkle with dry yeast, the stir. Let it sit to activate for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 2: In a standing mixer bowl, add the remaining bread ingredients plus the yeast mixture. Mix well and knead for about 15 minutes. With some oil, coat your hands and make the dough into a ball. Transfer it to a greased bowl that has been tightly covering with a cling film. Allow the dough to rise until the size doubled.
Assembling:
Step 1: When the dough has risen, place it on a floured working surface. Knead lightly into a log and slice the dough into 4 even pieces. Then, divide each piece into 12 small pieces. Form them into balls. Do this for the rest until you have 48 balls.
Step 2: Into melted butter, dip the balls, and coat with a topping. Transfer the coated balls in a buttered 10 inch or 25 cm bundt pan. Do this for the remaining balls and randomly place them in the pan with alternating toppings.
Step 3: Using a cling film, loosely cover the balls to puff them up a little. Let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4: Place inside a 340 degrees F or 170 degrees C preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until completely cooked. If the bread browns too fast, cover them loosely with aluminium foil.
Step 5: When done, remove from the oven and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes. To ensure that nothing sticks, push the bread gently on the sides. Flip the bread onto a serving platter, making sure that the top is facing out. Enjoy warm.
