How to make Herb Roasted Chicken Thighs in Creamy White Wine Sauce

Step 2: In a large skillet, heat a tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, season the chicken thighs.
Step 3: Once the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs to the skillet skin-side down and sear for about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip the chicken over and cook the other side for 4 minutes more. When done, set the chicken aside.
Step 4: In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add the onion and saute for about 3 to 4 minutes until brown. Add in the chopped garlic, thyme, and a tsp Italian seasoning, and continue to cook for a minute more.
