Herb Coated Salmon in Puff Pastry

by Rebecca November 30, 2020

This warm and herby version of baked salmon would be an amazing addition to your weekly menu. Perfect for a simple dinner with guests, elegant enough to impress everyone! The delicate flavour of this dish cuts the richness a little bit. Serve this with blanched asparagus or spinach, or watercress combined with butter.

The combination of the fragrant fresh tarragon with lemon zest is to die for! Preparing this delicious dish is super simple, not even fancy even the name of it suggests it is, and surely not fussy.
