Hamburger Mushroom Bake

This is an excellent recipe. Rich and cheesy Hamburger Mushroom Bake. Super easy to make using just a few basic ingredients and ready in a breeze. This is delicious and a winner dish that is excellent for everyone!

The aroma from the mushroom and beef as they cook makes my mouth water. The inviting smell filled my kitchen. Not only that this dish smells amazing, but it looks and tastes superb, too! One bite and I know. The flavors of the mushrooms and beef perfectly combined to make this delicious dish. If you have not tried this Hamburger Mushroom Bake, you should give this a go soon! This dish is perfect if you want something easy and quick on your table. The bonus is this dish is super healthy, too!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted

1 pound of Ground beef

6 ounces Cream cheese, softened

1 pound of Sliced mushrooms

3 Large eggs,

1 teaspoon Seasoning salt

2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley

2 teaspoons Minced garlic

Parmesan cheese for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Hamburger Mushroom Bake

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: In a skillet, place the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease when done.

Step 3: In the now-empty skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms once the butter has melted and cook until tender.

Step 4: Stir in the minced garlic, seasoning salt, parsley, and pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes more.

Step 5: In a food processor or blender, place the cream cheese and eggs. Blend until smooth. Pour this over the ground beef. Into a baking dish, transfer the meat mixture and top with the mushrooms.

Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven when done and serve the Hamburger Mushroom Bake immediately garnished with Parmesan. Enjoy!
