For me, this is a preferred time of year. It’s time for all to slow down and get along. Time for cookouts and the block parties at the pool on the beach is a little less busy. With a few great neighbours, we are blessed. At least a few times in the summer, we’re always trying to bring everyone together for a large block party where we’ve fired the grill to cook some great food. Those Ham & Pineapple Kabobs will certainly be on the first large season cookout menu.
A sandwich with ham, mustard, and mayonnaise is always on the spot, of course, but why not try with the leftovers something new and distinct? Easy something like a sandwich? What about kabobs? Ham Kabobs to be exact. Grilled Pineapple. If you’re asking me, a perfect kabob marriage. Also, the preparation was super rapid and required only two ingredients: the rest of the ham and the pineapple chunks.a
