This Garlic Herb Shrimp recipe has been one of my favorite and go-to. My family loves shrimp, and I am always looking for shrimp recipes to surprise them. This Garlic Herb Shrimp has a punch of amazing flavors. Super easy to make using garlic, onion, and fresh herbs. Cook the shrimp on the grill, stovetop, or even in the oven, and expect the same great results!
For this recipe, I prefer fresh herbs to dried ones. The secret is to let the shrimp marinate for a couple of hours so the flavors will coat the shrimp inside and out. For the best meal, serve this Garlic Herb Shrimp with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or even roasted asparagus.

HOW TO MAKE GRILLED GARLIC AND HERB SHRIMP
Step 1: Place all the ingredients except the shrimp in a large mixing basin. Mix well until combined.
Step 2: To the basin, add the shrimp and toss well to coat. Set the shrimp aside to marinate for a few hours.
Step 3: Once the shrimp is ready, a thread about 5 to 6 pieces of shrimp onto each wooden skewer.
Step 4: Place the shrimp on the grill (indoor or outdoor grill) and cook until both sides are equally cooked.
Step 5: Serve the grilled garlic and herb shrimp immediately. Enjoy!
Tips:
The shrimp cooked quickly at high temperatures.
Make sure to defrost the shrimp overnight in the fridge for a couple of hours.
You can also cook the shrimp in a pan on the stovetop or in the oven instead of grilling. To cook on the stovetop, you do not need skewers anymore. If cooking in the oven, bake the shrimp at 450 degrees for about 5 to 7 minutes, flipping once.
For this recipe, I prefer to use fresh herbs.
