2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 (6 ounces) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ c olive oil
¾ c hot sauce
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Stir everything until well incorporated.
Wrap each chicken with plastic, then use a meat mallet to gently pound it.
In a large resealable bag, add the chicken breasts and the marinade. Seal and shake it to coat the chicken.
Place the bag in the fridge and marinate the chicken for at least 3 hours or overnight. I highly recommend marinating them overnight for the best flavors.
Remove the bag from the fridge and remove the chicken from it.
Prepare the grill and preheat it to medium-high.
Place the chicken over the preheated grill and cook for a few minutes until all sides are cooked through.
Serve right away. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to use your preferred part of the chicken for this recipe.
Feel free to use melted butter instead of olive oil.
You can add some cayenne to the marinade for a spicy version.
You can cook this in the skillet if you do not have a grill.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. Reheat for a few minutes before serving again.
