Ingredients
⅔ cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
⅓ cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced celery
3 large sweet pickles, chopped
1 (16 ounces) package frozen green peas, thawed
¾ cup cubed Cheddar cheese
6 leaves lettuce
HOW TO MAKE GREEN PEA SALAD WITH CHEESE
Step 1: Combine the mayonnaise, pepper, salt, celery, pickles, and red and green peppers in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
Step 2: Add and stir the cheese and peas with the other ingredients until incorporated.
Step 3: Chill inside the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Step 4: Once ready, serve with lettuce leaves. Enjoy!
