A classic coconut cake that has been around for ages! This cake is one of my grandmother’s favorites. I watched her make this all time. She’s well known to make the most amazing pastries. And I admire her the most. She made cakes with grace and pour her heart into them.
This cake has been the most requested on every occasion. We grew on this and our love for everything my grandmother baked stayed with us. I make this cake on special moments and it never fails to amaze my guests. It is such a simple cake with the most amazing coconut flavor everyone can ask for. Whenever I make this cake, I can’t help but think of her. My grandmother is an amazing person! She’s one of kind just like her coconut cake that everyone adores. A super moist, unquestionably scrumptious, and a crowd favorite.
