When I think of Coconut Cake, there is only one thing that comes to mind – Granny’s Famous Coconut Cake. Perfect for any occasion or when you just feel like indulging yourself with it. This sweet treat takes only five minutes to prep with simple ingredients and straightforwards steps. One of the classics that has been around for ages. Many already made their versions, but I fancy the original. A recipe that has been with my family for ages and passed around from generation to generation. My mom taught me how to make this like what my grandma did with her mother, too. And I intend to continue the tradition. This cake not only that it means so much to me but this is perfect!
