To make these Corn Flake Peanut Butter Cookies, all you need are just a couple of basic ingredients; sugar, corn syrup, butter, peanut butter, and cornflakes cereal. For the sugar, you can try swapping it with honey or corn syrup. I have tried it a few times, and the cookies turned out sweet, shiny, and amazing! I like to make a huge batch of these cookies for a quick treat. I simply store them in an airtight container in a single layer with parchment paper in between the layers. These cookies will last up to a week at room temperature.

½ c. peanut butter
½ c. light corn syrup
½ c. white sugar
3 c. cornflakes cereal
2 tbsp butter
HOW TO MAKE GRAMA’S CORNFLAKE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Step 1: Using waxed paper, line a baking sheet.
Step 2: In a saucepan, place the sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil on medium heat. Once boiling, add the butter along with the peanut butter. Stir well until everything is blended, then take the pan off the heat.
Step 3: Into a large bowl, place the cornflakes and pour the mixture over. Gently stir until the cornflakes are completely coated.
Step 4: Onto the prepared baking sheet, drop the coated cornflakes (shape them like cookies). Let them cool.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
