Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
3 teaspoons minced garlic
3 cups water
2 cans tomato sauce 15 ounces cans
2 cans diced tomatoes 15 ounces cans
3 bay leaves
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
HOW TO MAKE GOULASH RECIPE
Step 1: In a skillet, saute the ground beef over medium-high heat. When done, drain the excess grease. Add the garlic and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 2: Then, add the water along with tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce, and seasoned salt. Mix well until combined. Put the lid on and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3: To the skillet, add the uncooked elbow macaroni. Stir well and replace the cover, then simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
Step 4: Turn the heat off when done. Remove and discard the bay leaves. Finally, add 1 cup of cheddar cheese before serving. Enjoy!
