Ingredients
6 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/2-inch thick
salt and pepper
1 c Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
How to make Garlic Parmesan Pork Chop
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: With salt and pepper, season with pork chops.
Step 3: In a shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Step 4: In beaten eggs, dip the pork chops, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 5: In a heated cast-iron skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the pork chops to the skillet. Sear on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6: Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 140 degrees.
Step 7: Remove the chops from the oven and allow to rest for at least 3 minutes.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Instead of pork, you can use thinly sliced chicken breasts. Cook the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
