salt and pepper

1 c. Italian breadcrumbs

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 large eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt

How to make Garlic Parmesan Pork Chop

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: To taste, sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Step 3: In a shallow dish, add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Mix well until combined.

Step 4: In the beaten eggs, dip the pork chops. Transfer to the breadcrumb mixture and coat well.

Step 5: Melt the butter in a preheated cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops to the melted butter and sear until golden brown on both sides. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes until the chops internal temperature reached 140 degrees F.

Step 6: Remove the chops from the oven when done and allow them to rest for at least 3 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Note:

If preferred, you can use thinly sliced chicken breast instead of pork and cook until the internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
