We are counting the hours until Christmas! OMG, days passed too quickly. The next thing we know, it is already 2022. A lot has happened this year, but the most important thing is, we got closer with the important people. Prepping for Christmas dinner is unlike the past years. We want it to be as simple and intimate. For our menu, I will make our favourite holiday side dish. This Garlic Parmesan Fried Corn is one of the best side dishes we can pair with just about anything! It’s incredibly easy and quick to throw together using a bag of frozen corn, butter, cream cheese, garlic powder, and Parmesan or Italian Cheese. I know most of you can relate to my sentiment that simplicity is the best way to go. Nothing can be as simple as this Garlic Parmesan Fried Corn.
