INGREDIENTS
1 pound (0.4 kg) shelled and deveined shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
3 dashes of cayenne pepper
chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE GARLIC HONEY LIME SHRIMP
Step 1: In cold water, rinse the shrimp. Drain and set the shrimps aside.
Step 2: In a heated skillet, preferably a cast-iron, add the olive oil and butter. Saute the garlic until a bit brown, then stir in the shrimp.
Step 3: Cook the shrimp for a couple of minutes. Add the honey, lime juice, salt, and cayenne pepper. Continue to cook the shrimp until the sauce has thickened.
Step 4: Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy immediately.
