1 pound shelled and deveined shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tbsp salt
3 dashes cayenne pepper
chopped parsley
How to make Garlic Honey Lime Shrimp
Step 1: Wash and rinse the shrimp using cold water. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Heat the olive oil and butter in a heated skillet.
Step 3: Saute the garlic until a bit brown and stir in the shrimps. Cook for several minutes while stirring frequently.
Step 4: Then, add in the honey, lime juice, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Step 5: Continue to cook until the honey line sauce has thickened.
Step 6: When ready to serve, garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
