Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Are you looking for an easy recipe for tonight’s dinner? Then, you have come to the right page! The amazing taste and texture of this chicken will definitely make you want to eat more so make sure to prepare a lot!  Be very generous with the cheese by the way. It makes this really good! Ingredients

½ cup butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

¾ cup dry bread crumbs

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

¼ teaspoon dried parsley

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

⅛ teaspoon salt

8 breast half, bone and skin removed (blank)s skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – pounded thin

How to make Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to low.

Step 3: Add in the butter and allow it to melt.

Step 4: Once butter is melted, saute’ the chopped garlic for 5 minutes or until the fragrant and tender.

Step 5: In a large mixing bowl, add in the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Step 6: Dip the chicken breasts one at a time into the garlic butter. Coat entirely then dip into the bread crumb mixture.

Step 7: Place the coated chicken breasts into a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 8: Drizzle the rest of the butter and bread crumbs on top.

Step 9: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer color pink.

Step 10: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack for at least 2 minutes.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
