You’ll never think that this Garlic Butter Lamb Chops is so easy to make using only four ingredients. Not only that this is incredibly easy but quick, too! Enjoy a healthy and restaurant-quality meal at home in just thirty minutes with these easy garlic butter lamb chops.

I and my husband love simple date nights. We seldom go out because we prefer to cook and have a romantic dinner at home. We specifically love this juicy, tender, and flavorful lamb chops with a simple garlic butter thyme sauce. I serve this with some steamed/roasted veggies with our favourite bottle of wine. Make sure not to miss this fantastic recipe. These garlic butter lamb chops are to die for and for keeps!

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic – minced

2 tablespoons grass-fed butter – melted (you can use ghee if you’re doing whole30)

5 lamb loin chops

1 teaspoon fresh thyme – chopped

kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

HOW TO MAKE GARLIC BUTTER LAMB CHOPS

Step 1: Let the loin chops rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature before cooking. Then, pat them dry using paper towels and season the loin chops with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Heat a 12-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the loin chops, fatty-side down, and sear for approximately 5 minutes until brown and crispy, letting the fat melt.

Step 3: Flip and continue to cook the other side for another 3 minutes.

Step 4: Adjust the heat to medium-low. Pour off most of the lamb grease over the lambs using a spoon.

Step 5: In the middle of the skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter, garlic, and thyme. Stir and let the butter foam. Then, spoon the butter over the lambs for a few minutes or so.

Step 6: Transfer the lamb chops on a serving platter when done and over the butter sauce. Enjoy!
