Garlic Bread With Cheese

Ingredients

1 stick salted butter, at room temperature

1 loaf French bread, about 1 pound

6 cloves garlic, minced

3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated

Fresh Parsley, to garnish

1/4 c. Italian salad dressing

How to make Garlic Bread With Cheese

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.

Step 2: In a large bowl, place the butter, garlic, Italian salad dressing, and 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese. Mix well until combined.

Step 3: In half lengthwise, slice the French bread. On top of each half, spread equal amounts of garlic butter.

Step 4: On a baking sheet, place the halves, butter side-up, and top each with Parmesan cheese and the rest of the mozzarella. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Step 5: Adjust the heat to 450 degrees and continue baking for another 8 minutes until the top starts to brown.

Step 6: Take the garlic bread with cheese from the oven, then slice into 1-inch slices. Serve garnished with some parsley and enjoy with pasta, soup, or homemade marinara sauce.
