INGREDIENTS

1-pound Jones Dairy Farm Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped

12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Sausage Rolls

1 (28 ounces) package frozen cubed hash browns with peppers and onions, thawed

2 cups (8-ounces) shredded medium cheddar cheese

12 large eggs

1/2 cup whole milk

1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

How to make Fully Loaded Baked Egg Casserole

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

Step 2: Brush butter in a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Step 3: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 4: Add the sausage and cook until crumbly and brown. Remove from the heat.

Step 5: Transfer the cooked sausage in a casserole dish together with the bacon, cheese, and hash browns. Toss gently until well mixed.

Step 6: In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, garlic, salt, milk, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 7: Transfer the egg mixture into the dish with the hash brown mixture.

Step 8: Bake inside the preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.

Step 9: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!

NOTE:

You can make this the night before you bake it. Place it inside the fridge and remove it when you are going to bake. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
