This delicious Fruit Salad recipe is the easiest and quickest dessert you’ll ever make! It’s one of the most requested after-meal desserts at home. And whenever I have unexpected guests, I can whip this up in no time!

I always add my favourite fruits whenever I make this refreshing salad aside from the pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, green grapes, and strawberries. This has been my most loved summer dessert of all time. My family enjoys a big bowl of this fruit salad during picnics. And you can simply make a big batch to bring to potlucks. A crazy delicious, refreshing salad with creamy sauce.

My mom makes fruit salad a lot. I think it’s her who influenced me, and I grew up in a home where fruits are always a thing. My mom and I love this recipe because it’s not only easy and fast to throw together, but it’s also versatile. And the pudding mixture surely brings this to the top! Feel free to add additional fruits you like such as blueberries, red grapes, canned peaches, etc.

Ingredients

1 can(s) pineapple chunks, in their juice, 20 ounces

1 can(s) mandarin oranges, drained, 15 ounces

1 bunch green grapes, halved, about 3/4 pound

2 bananas

1 pkg strawberries, sliced however you want, 16 ounces

1 box small box of vanilla instant pudding (Jell-o brand only – others just don’t taste right), 3.4 ounces
you can also add your favourite fruits

How to make Fruit Salad

Step 1: Into a bowl, place the pineapple and juice. Then, add the pudding mix. Stir well until creamy before mixing in the drained mandarin oranges.

Step 2: To the bowl, add the extra fruit and fold until thoroughly covered and creamy.

Step 3: Place the salad in the fridge to chill. Make sure to consume immediately or the bananas will turn brown. If desired, serve this salad right away without chilling. Enjoy!
