Do you remember the time that frozen dessert started to boom all over the internet? People went crazy and everyone made their version. Because of the hype, I tried the simplest and quickest frozen dessert recipe I found. I never would have thought that this is going to be a real treat. And I never tried anything else. I have been making this Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls since the beginning and it never failed me. A huge hit always.

1 cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups brown sugar, packed
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp water
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
¾ cup chopped walnuts, if desired
HOW TO MAKE FROZEN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BALLS
Step 1: Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: You can add in the vanilla, water, flour, chocolate chips, and walnuts into the creamed mixture. Mix well until combined.
Step 3: With a small scoop of ice cream, scoop the dough onto the baking sheet or form bite-sized balls using your hands.
Step 4: Place the balls in the fridge to set for about 2 hours or until firm.
Step 5: When firm, transfer the balls into a resealable freezer bag and freeze.
TIPS:
Make the balls as big or tiny as you desire. There is no measurement to follow, it is all up to you.
You can even stick a toothpick into each ball to make a lollipop.
