I have my favourites and go-to, and one of them is this delicious French Onion Beef Casserole. Family-approved, kids-friendly, and made with only five ingredients! A filling meal, packed with amazing flavours and filled with beef, French onion dip, and noodles. An easy and fast way to feed the whole family without breaking the bank!

Ingredients
10 oz. dried egg noodles
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cans (10.75 oz., each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 oz.) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip
1 c. French’s fried onions
How to make French Onion Beef Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. And using a non-stick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Step 2: Following the package directions, cook the egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water. When done, drain the noodles.
Step 3: In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, breaking the meat into chunks as it cooks. Drain the excess grease when done.
Step 4: In the skillet with the beef, add the soups and French onion dip. Mix well until combined. Then, carefully fold in the cooked egg noodles.
Step 5: Into the prepared pan, pour the mixture and evenly sprinkle over the fried onions. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until the casserole is heated through.
Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and serve warm. Enjoy!
