Casseroles are amazing and everyone loves a good casserole. This French Onion Beef Casserole is one of my family’s favourite dinner rotations. Filled with beef, French onion dip, and noodles – this casserole surely wins the hearts of everyone around the table. Super comforting, packed with wonderful flavour, and delicious!
Easily and quickly make this in a heartbeat with just five ingredients. If you love casseroles, I am pretty sure you’ll adore this. A must for casserole lovers and to keep. Serve this with a side of broccoli and garlic bread for a complete and satisfying meal perfect for the entire family!
Ingredients
10 oz. dried egg noodles
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cans (10.75 oz., each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 oz.) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip
1 c. French’s fried onions
How to make French Onion Beef Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. And using a non-stick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Step 2: In a large pot of water, cook the egg noodles following the package directions. When done, drain the noodles.
Step 3: In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium-high heat, making sure to crumble the meat as it cooks until no longer pink. Drain the excess grease when done.
Step 4: To the skillet with the beef, add the soups followed by the French onion dip. Stir well to combine, then add in the cooked egg noodles. Gently fold to coat with the mixture.
Step 5: Into the prepared pan, pour the mixture and evenly sprinkle with fried onions. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until completely heated.
Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and serve the casserole warm. Enjoy!
