A winner, a head-turner, a must, and a keeper! This French Onion Beef casserole easily won my heart and everyone around the dinner table. It’s so good with only a few ingredients blended to give the most delicious meal we deserve tonight. A comforting, packed with flavor casserole filled with beef, French onion dip, and noodles. Serve this with your favorite veggies (mine is with some garlic bread) for a light yet belly comforting meal.

Ingredients
10 oz. dried egg noodles
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cans (10.75 oz., each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 oz.) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip
1 c. French’s fried onions
How to make French Onion Beef Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: With non-stick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Step 3: In a large pot of water, cook the egg noodles following the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 4: In a large skillet, cook and crumble the beef until no longer pink over medium-high heat. Drain the excess grease.
Step 5: In the same skillet with the beef, add in the soups and French onion dip. Stir well. Add in the cooked egg noodles and fold to coat with the mixture.
Step 6: Into the prepared pan, transfer the mixture and evenly top with the fried onions.
Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until thoroughly heated.
Step 8: Once cooked, remove from the oven and enjoy warm.
