Ingredients
10 oz. egg noodles
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cans (10.75 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 oz.) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip
1 c French’s fried onions
How to make French Onion Beef Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Use non-stick spray to grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Step 3: In a large pot with hot water, cook the egg noodles according to package instruction. When done, drain the noodles and set aside.
Step 4: In a large skillet, cook and crumble the beef over medium-high heat until browned. Once done, drain excess grease.
Step 5: Stir in the soups and French onion dip and stir until incorporated.
Step 6: Add the egg noodles into the skillet and gently fold.
Step 7: Transfer the noodle and beef mixture into the prepared baking pan and evenly sprinkle over the fried onions.
Step 8: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until completely heated.
Step 9: When done, remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
