¾ c. mayonnaise
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
How to make Flavorful Tender Italian Baked Chicken
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C.
Step 2: Combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Step 3: In another bowl, place the bread crumbs.
Step 4: Into the mayonnaise mixture, dip the chicken, then coat into the bread crumbs.
Step 5: On a baking sheet, arrange the coated chicken. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes until the juices run clear and the coating turned golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
