Summer is fast approaching and everyone is excited about our very first bonfire this season. I am getting myself ready because these ribs are irresistible, my guest will surely be rushing to my house. I like to serve this along with potato salad, corn on the cob, salad, fresh fruit, or macaroni and cheese. But this pairs so well with just about anything, you surely can’t go wrong. 1 rack baby back ribs membrane removed
Dry Rub:
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
BBQ Sauce:
1/2 c. brown sugar bbq sauce
2-3 tablespoons honey

How to make Fall Off The Bone Ribs
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 300 degrees.
Step 2: On a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminium foil, lay the ribs.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix the dry rub ingredients (paprika, black pepper, brown sugar, coarse salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chilli powder, and dry mustard). On all sides of the ribs, rub the dry rub. Tightly wrap the ribs and put them on a large baking sheet. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 3 hours. Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap.
Step 4: In a small bowl, mix the bbq sauce and honey. Brush this on the ribs.
Step 5: Return the ribs to the oven and on the lowest rack. Broil the ribs for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. When done, take the ribs from the oven and brush with more bbq sauce. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.
