Dry Rub:

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon black pepper

3 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons coarse salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

BBQ Sauce:

1/2 c brown sugar bbq sauce

2-3 tablespoons honey

Parsley

How to make Fall Off The Bone Ribs

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 300 degrees.

Step 2: On a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminium foil, lay the ribs.

Step 3: Combine the dry rub ingredients (paprika, black pepper, brown sugar, coarse salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chilli powder, and dry mustard). Then, rub the entire sides of the ribs with the dry rub ingredients.

Step 4: Wrap the ribs tightly and transfer on a large baking sheet.

Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 3 hours.

Step 6: When done, take the dish out of the oven and unwrap the ribs.

Step 7: Mix the bbq sauce with honey, then brush this on the ribs.

Step 8: Place the ribs back in the oven on the lowest rack position and broil for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 9: After taking the ribs out of the oven, brush with extra bbq sauce and sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
