2 (25 ounces) bags frozen or premade cheese ravioli
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 (15 ounces) jars Alfredo sauce (I prefer basil alfredo sauce)
cracked black pepper
2 cups baby spinach, chopped, packed
How to make Easy White Ravioli Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or large casserole dish, spread 1 to 2 spoonfuls of Alfredo sauce. Lay the ravioli close together, then add the spinach on top and scatter half of the sausage. Drizzle with Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with the cracked black pepper. Do another layer (ravioli, spinach, and sausage). Top everything off with a third layer of ravioli, then cover with a thin layer of the sauce. Over the sauce, sprinkle the cheese and extra cracked black pepper.
Step 3: Place the baking dish or casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake the casserole for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the edges are browned and bubbling.
Notes:
If desired, you can add a pinch or two of red pepper for a spicy flush!
