1 ½ lb Granny Smith apples – peeled, cored, and sliced
1 tbsp sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp cinnamon
¾ c. melted butter
1 Egg
How to make Easy Swedish Apple Pie
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
Step 2: In a bowl, toss the apples with a tbsp sugar, then pour into a pie plate.
Step 3: Mix well a cup of sugar with flour, cinnamon, butter, and egg. On top of the pie, evenly spread the flour mixture.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes until the apples are cooked and the topping is golden brown.
