Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 35 mins | Yield: 16

This will blow your mind! An easy dessert that is so freaking good that you can make whenever you want at the comfort of your home in under an hour. Sopapilla Cheesecake is made out of crescent roll with tons of cream cheese!

I love sweet treats and this here effortlessly fell in place. When I first made this, I was not surprised to receive overwhelming praises from everybody. Pair this with a cup of coffee for breakfast or as a happy ending to every meal.

Ingredients

2 (8 ounces) packs of Pillsbury crescent rolls

2 (8 ounces) packs of cream cheese, room temperature

1 c sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 c butter (melted)

1 tbsp cinnamon

4 tbsp sugar

* honey

How to make Easy Sopapilla Cheesecake

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Using cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Step 3: Into the bottom of the prepared dish, press a can of crescent roll. Ensure to reach the edges and keep them together.

Step 4: Place inside the oven to bake the first layer for about 5 to 8 minutes. But this is optional if you don’t want the dough raw.

Step 5: Mix well the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread this on top of the crescent rolls.

Step 6: On top, roll the rest of the crescent roll, stretching the edges, then seal.

Step 7: Brush the melted butter on the entire top of the roll and sprinkle with a tbsp cinnamon and 4 tbsp sugar.

Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 9: When done, remove from the oven and serve warm. Or allow to cool and chill for a few hours before serving.

Step 10: Before serving, slice the cheesecake into squares or triangles. Drizzle a bit of honey on top, if desired. Enjoy!
