Easy Sausage Breakfast Casserole (4 Ingredients!)

This breakfast dish is just an amazing one! With simple ingredients, which I know you already have, you can have the best food to serve your loved ones today! This Easy Sausage Breakfast Casserole only requires 4 ingredients! How awesome is that? You will surely love this casserole. Ready in less than an hour and can feed up to 8 people! By the way, this is also the best hangover food! I kid you not! It has all the things you wish for in a breakfast dish. Sausage, eggs, and cheese! It doesn’t get any better than that! Try this recipe now!

Ingredients:

1 Pillsbury crescent roll tube (8oz)

1-pound mild breakfast sausage

6 eggs (blended)

2 heaping cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add the sausage, then cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown. Remove any accumulated fat.

Roll out the crescent dough to the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Use your fingers to press the sides together.

Add the cooked sausage over the dough and spread it evenly.

Add beaten eggs on top of the sausage layer and spread it evenly followed by 2 cups of shredded cheese.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the casserole for about 30 minutes or until the cheese becomes golden brown.

Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes:

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. Reheat for a few minutes before serving again.
