Easy Pork Chop Sheet Pan Dinner

All you need are a few simple ingredients to make this wholesome meal made in one pan. Super easy and a breeze to make, this Pork Chop Sheet Dinner is the perfect weeknight meal idea for busy days. Complete with veggies and protein, this dish is one healthy, scrumptious meal!

Made in just one pan for easy clean-up, this kid-friendly, family-approved meal will sure not break the bank. I suggest investing in a quality meat thermometer to check the doneness of the meat. Because no one would like their meat dry!

Ingredients

Pork chops:

2 tbsp olive oil (use less if desired)

1 tbsp smoked paprika

2 tsp brown sugar

1 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper (to taste)

4 medium boneless pork chops

Vegetables:

4-6 medium potatoes, chopped into small 1” chunks

1 c. frozen baby carrots

1 c. frozen green beans

2 tbsp olive oil (use less if desired)

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp dried parsley (or freshly chopped)

salt and pepper (to taste)

fresh parsley for garnish (if desired)

How to make Easy Pork Chop Sheet Pan Dinner

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: To a small bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, and salt and pepper until it forms a paste. On both sides of the pork chops, rub the mixture and set aside.

Step 3: To a large sheet pan, add the chopped potatoes, baby carrots, and green beans. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley, and salt and pepper. Toss to coat well.

Step 4: lay the veggies as flat as possible on the sheet pan and place the pork chops on top.

Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the internal temperature of the pork reached 145 degrees F.

Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and serve immediately. If desired, garnish with some fresh parsley. Enjoy!
