As early as today, everyone in my family is so excited about our menu this Holiday. Unlike last year, everyone is coming. So we are all ecstatic! Last night we brainstorm about the things we should do, meals to prepare, games, and what giveaways to give. One thing is for sure, I will be making our favourite Easy Pineapple Stuffing! It’s a pretty simple recipe that anyone can make in an instant using only five ingredients! This stuffing is one of the stars of our holiday feast. The kids and adults enjoy it up to the very last bite!
This recipe is quick and incredibly easy to throw together. All you need you can easily find in your pantry. It’s convenient, not fussy, and the result is amazing! Not only that this pineapple stuffing is an awesome addition to your holiday menu, but this is also great for brunch, lunch, dinner, even as a side dish! Ingredients
4 large Eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1 large can Crushed Pineapple, drained
5 Slices White Bread cubed
How to make Easy Pineapple Stuffing
Step 1: Cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl using a mixer. Add the eggs a piece at a time, beating every after each addition.
Step 2: Into half-inch cubes, slice the bread, then add to the bowl along with the drained pineapple. Mix by hand until well combined.
Step 3: Into a greased baking dish, pour the mixture from the bowl. Place in a 350 degrees oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
