INGREDIENTS
1 stick butter
1 c. Granulated Sugar
4 large Eggs
5 Slices White Bread (cubed)
1 large can of Crushed Pineapple (drained)
How to make Easy Pineapple Stuffing
Step 1: Place the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Cream using a mixer. Add the eggs a piece at a time, beating every after each addition.
Step 2: Into half-inch cubes, slice the bread and add the cubed bread to the bowl along with the drained pineapple. Mix well by hand until combined.
Step 3: Into a greased baking dish, pour the mixture. Place in a preheated 350 degrees oven and bake the stuffing for about 40 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and serve this pineapple stuffing hot or cold. Enjoy!
