Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

With only four basic ingredients, this peanut butter fudge is no doubt the simplest and quickest fixer you’ll ever make! Beyond simple, this sure as heck will blow your mind!

I can’t live a day without peanut butter and that is a fact. I often eat a spoonful of peanut butter whenever I feel like it. And this super simple and easy treat is a game changer! I can whip it up when I want because why not? Sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and peanut butter are the only ingredients I need. And I don’t even need to spend forever in the kitchen or wait for an eternity to even have a bite because this delicious peanut butter fudge is ready in under ten minutes!

I store these babies in an airtight container and grab a piece whenever I am craving for something sweet or whenever I feel like eating a spoonful of peanut butter. This treat without a doubt is handy and a quick fixer. A must-have and a to keep!

Ingredients

2 c of sugar

1/2 c milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 c peanut butter

How to make Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Step 1: Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish or pie plate with butter.

Step 2: Bring to a boil a saucepan with milk and sugar over medium heat. Stirring often.

Step 3: Allow the mixture to a boil for about 2 1/2 minutes.

Step 4: Take the saucepan out of the heat and stir in the vanilla followed by the peanut butter. Mix well until combined.

Step 5: Add and evenly spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 6: Let it cool at room temperature.

Step 7: Before serving, slice into small pieces. Enjoy!
