This easy Mongolian Ground Beef noodle is a breeze to make. A no-fuss noodle dish that is super flavorful and no doubt will quickly become everyone’s new favourite! Required only a few simple ingredients that you might already have on hand, this delicious Mongolian dish is ready in just fifteen minutes!

I love recipes that I can make with minimal effort and calls for ingredients that I already have as it makes my busy weeknights simpler. This recipe fits the bill and my entire family enjoys this so much that I straight off included this to my family’s favourite weeknight rotation.

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

4 teaspoons minced ginger

6 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce

1/2 c. of beef broth

1/4 c. brown sugar

6 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 box of Linguine Noodles

4 green onions, diced for garnish

Toasted Sesame Seeds for garnish

How to make Easy Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Step 1: Place the ground beef, ginger, and garlic in a medium skillet with high sides and cook until the beef is thoroughly cooked, breaking the meat using the back of a wooden spoon. Drain the grease when done and place the skillet back on the stovetop.

Step 2: In the meantime, cook the pasta noodles in a pot of boiling salted water.

Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk the rest of the ingredients (soy sauce, beef broth brown sugar, red pepper flakes, pepper, and hoisin sauce), then pour this into the ground beef mixture. Saute for about 3 minutes to let the beef absorb the flavours.

Step 4: To the ground beef, add the cooked pasta and thoroughly mix. Continue to cook for a few minutes more until the sauce has thickened.

Step 5: When done, garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy!
