INGREDIENTS
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 (10.75 ounces) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
How to make Million Dollar Chicken Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using a nonstick spray, grease a 9-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Step 2: Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat until smooth. Then, add the cottage cheese along with the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well until blended, then fold in the chicken.
Step 3: Into the prepared baking dish, transfer the mixture.
Step 4: Combine the cracker crumbs and butter, then sprinkle this on top of the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
Step 5: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the casserole for about 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
