Ingredients
⅔ c. mayonnaise
1 pound of chicken breasts
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
HOW TO MAKE MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH CHICKEN
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well until combined.
Step 3: Place the chicken in a baking dish and cover with the Parmesan mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and serve the melt-in-your-mouth chicken right away. Enjoy!

You can use sour cream in place of mayonnaise. Simply use the correct amount and just enough to tenderize and bring out the flavor of the chicken.
