3 pounds hamburger browned
2 14.5 ounces cans petite diced tomatoes
1 medium onion chopped
30 ounces can tomato sauce
15.5 ounces can chilli beans
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons chilli powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
4 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
How to make Easy Crockpot Chili
Step 1: Combine all the ingredients (browned hamburger, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, tomato sauce, chilli beans, water, chilli powder, garlic salt, cumin, and oregano) in a large crockpot.
Step 2: Set on low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
Step 3: If desired, top with sour cream and cheese.
Stovetop:
Step 1: Mix the browned hamburger, tomatoes, onion, tomato sauce, chilli beans, and water in a large pot.
Step 2: Simmer for an hour while stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Add in the chilli powder, garlic salt, cumin, and oregano. Continue to simmer for 2 hours more.
Step 4: If desired, top with sour cream and cheese.
