And even the simplest ingredients when cooked slow and low make the most delicious dish. Like this easy 4-ingredients Buffalo Chicken. Yes, this mouthwatering crockpot dish only needs four simple, readily available ingredients. All you have to do is dump everything in the pot, come back a few hours to shred the chicken, and you are done! With just the right amount of heat and with incredible flavour, this is darn good in a hoagie roll. Or if you want to keep the carbs down, enjoy this instead with some fresh lettuce or coleslaw. Either way, this crazy delicious shredded buffalo chicken will never let you down!

Ingredients
3-4 large chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
1 (12 ounces) bottle of Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons butter
hoagie rolls for serving
How to make 4 Ingredient Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Step 1: With non-stick cooking spray, grease a slow cooker. Then, place the chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning mix in. Cover, set on low, and cook for 4 to 5 hours or 3 hours on high.
Step 2: Shred the chicken once fully cooked using two forks. You can shred the chicken in the crockpot. Or transfer them first on a cutting board, shred, then add back to the slow cooker with the juices.
Step 3: Add 2 tbsp butter to the pot once the chicken has been shredded and let it melt. Stir after to combine
Step 4: Serve the shredded buffalo chicken on hoagie rolls and drizzle with a bit of ranch dressing. Or enjoy with some crumbled blue cheese or coleslaw.
