½ c. heavy whipping cream
2 Eggs

2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar or maple syrup if desired
½ c. finely chopped pecans
Icing from cinnamon rolls

How to make Easy Cinnamon Roll Casserole
Step 1: With the melted butter, coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Place the eggs, cream, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla in a bowl. Beat well until combined.
Step 3: After opening canned cinnamon rolls, slice each into eights like a pizza. Into the bowl of the egg mixture, place the cinnamon roll pieces and toss to coat.
Step 4: Into the prepared baking dish, pour the pieces of rolls and evenly spread them out. Pour or brush the top with the rest of the egg mixture and sprinkle with pecans (optional).
Step 5: Place the baking dish in a 350 degrees oven and bake for about 18 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Keep in mind that the cooking time varies depending on the pan use and the type of cinnamon rolls used. So keep in aye and check the centrepieces to ensure the dough is set.
Step 6: When done, take the French toast out of the oven.
Step 7: Microwave the icing for 15 seconds, then evenly pour the warm icing on the cinnamon roll pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar, and drizzle with maple syrup.
Step 8: Serve the cinnamon roll casserole warm. Enjoy!
