This is an incredibly easy and quick recipe for the most delightful Chicken Fried Rice. Fix it today using only a few simple ingredients in under fifteen minutes.
I cooked the rice the night before. It’s a trick I learned from one of my Asian friends. It makes the rice separate nicely. Using cooked hot rice will not guarantee the same result as the dish will turn out gummy/sticky. And to make this easier and quicker, I used leftover chicken. I prefer to use teriyaki chicken, it adds extra flavour to this fried rice, but you can use any chicken. This is perfect if you are pre-planning a meal or on a budget. If desired, you can add crumbled bacon as well as this adds more to this already amazing dish.
