Throw this easy Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas together using rotisserie chicken and bottled ranch dressing. An easy meal that your entire family will surely love and enjoy!
With only five ingredients, you can easily and quickly make these delicious quesadillas. Serve this with any of your favourite dips or enjoy them as is. For any leftovers (which I extremely doubt), reheat them and enjoy the next day.
I love how simple this recipe is. It’s pretty straightforward and you can make this in less than five minutes to serve right away. Perfect for busy weeknights and busy moms like myself. These quesadillas are crazy good, you’ll want to have this for breakfast as well.
Anything with bacon is always welcome to my family’s favourite rotation. And I believe that bacon is the highlight of this recipe. This is a very basic recipe for quesadillas but you can throw in some additional ingredients if you’d like.
Ingredients
4 (8”) flour tortillas
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken cut into small bite-size pieces
4 slices crispy cooked bacon chopped
1 1/3 cup Colby jack shredded
2 tablespoons butter
How to make Easy Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas
Step 1: Over 2 pieces of tortillas, spread 2 tbsp ranch dressing. On top of each tortilla, add the chicken, half each of the bacon and cheese. Finish it off by topping each with another tortilla.
Step 2: In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add one quesadilla to the skillet and cook until the bottom is a bit brown. Flip and continue to cook the other side.
Step 3: To the skillet, add the remaining tbsp of butter and cook the second quesadilla.
