These delectable quesadillas don’t need any special equipment or ingredients to make. This is all done in a skillet, making this perfect for busy nights. And an easy weeknight meal that is satisfying and super delicious! Chicken, bacon, cheese, and ranch dressing are the main stars of this filling dish, wrapped in flour tortillas and fried on butter until a bit browned. The flavours meld together perfectly and effortlessly. Slice this in half and enjoy with some nice green garden salad or a warm bowl of vegetable soup. I like to use rotisserie chicken but feel free to use either grilled chicken, baked chicken, poached chicken, and even canned chicken.

Ingredients
4 (8”) flour tortillas
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken cut in small bite-size pieces
4 slices crispy cooked bacon chopped
1 1/3 cups Colby jack shredded
2 tablespoons butter
How to make Easy Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas
Step 1: Over two tortillas, spread 2 tbsp ranch dressing.
Step 2: With half of the chicken, half of the bacon, and cheese, top each tortilla.
Step 3: Place another piece of tortilla on top.
Step 4: In a large skillet, melt a tbsp butter over medium heat. Once melted, add one quesadilla to the skillet and cook until the bottom is a bit browned.
Step 5: Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until slightly browned.
Step 6: Into the skillet, add another tbsp butter and cook the other quesadilla.
Step 7: When done, remove from the heat. Serve and enjoy!
