My go-to meal for busy days. Cheesy Bacon Ranch Quesadillas is an easy meal that takes a heartbeat to make. You don’t need any special equipment or ingredients that are hard to pronounce. With only six ingredients that are mostly pantry essential and a skillet, you can be able to make these mouthwatering, filling, and scrumptious dish. Serve these babies alongside Italian Chopped Salad with Fresh Italian Dressing or Summer Fruit Salad for a complete meal.
The combination of cheese, ranch dressing, chicken, and bacon is like cream and coffee or peanut butter and chocolate. They fit perfectly together and united into a five-star dish! This easy cheesy chicken ranch quesadillas with bacon are my favourite all-around, all-day meal. It keeps me full for the entire day. A real treat that makes my taste buds rave in joy. Ingredients
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1/4 c ranch dressing
1 c cooked rotisserie chicken cut in small bite-size pieces
4 slices crispy cooked bacon chopped
1 1/3 c Colby jack shredded
2 tbsp butter
How to make Easy Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas
Step 1: Add and spread around 2 tbsp ranch dressing over two pieces of tortillas. Top each with half of the chicken, bacon, and cheese. And layer with another piece of tortilla each.
Step 2: Melt a tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3: Add one tortilla into the skillet and cook until the bottom is lightly browned.
Step 4: Turn on the other side and cook until lightly browned.
Step 5: Add more butter into the skillet and continue to cook the rest of the tortillas.
Step 6: Once done, serve straight away. Enjoy!
