1 c water, warm
1 pkg active dry yeast
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 large Egg, beaten
3 1/2 – 4 c all-purpose flour
How to make Easy Big Fat Yeast Rolls
Step 1: In a large bowl, add the yeast with water. Let it rise.
Step 2: Ready the oven. Preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 3: Into the yeast with water, add in the sugar, salt, butter, egg, and flour. Beat until incorporated.
Step 4: On a flat surface, sprinkle flour and knead the dough until smooth.
Step 5: Grease a mixing bowl with cooking spray. Shift the dough into the prepared bowl and use plastic wrap to cover it. Allow rising in a warm area for at least 45 minutes.
Step 6: On a floured surface or board, place the risen dough. Make 12 rolls and shift them onto a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
