Ingredients
1 package Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (5.3 ounces)
2 c. 2% milk, cold
1 can sweeten condensed milk (14 ounces)
1 tbsp vanilla
12 ounces cool whip, defrosted
1 box vanilla wafers (12 ounces)
5-6 medium bananas
How to make Easy Banana Pudding
Step 1: Place the pudding mix and 2% milk in a large mixing bowl. Whisk for about 2 minutes until a bit thickened.
Step 2: Add in the sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth. Then, stir in the vanilla and fold in the cool whip about 1/3 at a time until smooth.
Step 3: Layer the vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture in a 2-quart serving bowl. Do the same layers 3 to 4 times until the remaining ingredients are used. Make sure that the bananas are completely covered with padding to prevent them from getting dry and brown.
Step 4: Chill the Banana Pudding for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
